1. Data controller

We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). As we sell worldwide, if you live outside the European Economic Area you also have the rights granted by the data protection laws of your country (for example, the UK GDPR or US state privacy laws), which we will respect where applicable.

2. Data we process

  • Data you give us: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and the content of your communications with us.
  • Order data: products purchased, amounts and order history. Card details are processed directly by the payment provider; we do not have access to them.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device, browser, pages visited and information obtained through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Managing your order (payment, shipping, returns, guarantee and customer service). Basis: performance of the contract.
  • Complying with legal obligations (accounting, tax and consumer law). Basis: legal obligation.
  • Preventing fraud and keeping the site secure. Basis: legitimate interest.
  • Sending you marketing communications about products similar to those you bought, or to those who subscribe. Basis: legitimate interest (customers) or consent (subscribers). You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Analytics and personalised advertising through third-party cookies and pixels. Basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie banner.

4. Retention

We keep order data for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods (generally up to 6 years for accounting and tax obligations). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the providers needed to deliver the service, acting as processors or independent controllers: the e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, the logistics providers and carriers that prepare and deliver your order, email and customer service providers and, if you consent, analytics and advertising providers (for example, Google, Meta or TikTok). Also with public authorities when required by law.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States, Canada or Asia). In those cases, transfers are based on adequacy decisions of the European Commission (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), standard contractual clauses or the other safeguards provided for in the GDPR, or on the transfer being necessary to perform the contract, such as delivering an order to your country.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to warmzy00@gmail.com and stating the right you are exercising. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

8. Cookies

We use technical cookies necessary for the store to work and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. You can accept, reject or configure them from the cookie banner and change your choice at any time.

9. Children

The site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly process their data. If we find that such data has been provided, we will delete it.

10. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration.

11. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in the service. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
