1. General information

This website, pqp01x-m1.myshopify.com, and the SkullGaze brand are operated by Lluis Climent Monllor, Calle Perú 139, 03803 Alcoy (Alicante), Spain, email warmzy00@gmail.com ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from it, you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with the returns, shipping and privacy policies and the legal notice, which form part of them. Please read them carefully before buying. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These Terms apply to customers in every country. If you are a consumer, nothing in them limits the rights granted to you by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

2. Store terms of use

To buy, you must be of legal age in your country of residence or have the consent of your parents or guardians. You agree not to use our products or the site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose and not to transmit viruses or harmful code. Breach of these Terms allows us to suspend your access to the service.

3. Ordering process and formation of the contract

• To buy, add the products to the cart, enter your delivery and payment details, review the order summary and confirm it with the payment button. Before confirming, you can review and correct any error in the details entered.
• The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email, which serves as proof. We keep the electronic order document, which you can request at warmzy00@gmail.com.
• The contract is concluded in the language in which this site is presented.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorised resellers or unavailability; if payment has already been taken, it will be refunded in full.

4. Accuracy of information

We make every reasonable effort to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date. Images are for illustration and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. There may occasionally be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions; we reserve the right to correct them at any time.

5. Prices and changes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site. Unless stated otherwise, they do not include duties or import taxes of destination countries outside the European Union, which are paid by the recipient. We may change prices and offers at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed. If a product were shown by mistake at a clearly incorrect price, we will inform you and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

6. Products and services

Some products are available only online and in limited quantities. We may limit quantities per customer or region and withdraw any product at any time. Returns are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy and shipping by our Shipping Policy.

Additional services: optional services we offer during checkout (such as an extended warranty or shipping protection) are governed by the conditions described when you purchase them and by the Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. Billing and account information

You agree to provide true, complete and up-to-date purchase and account information, including your email, address and phone number, so that we can complete your orders and contact you. Payments are processed by secure payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

8. Third-party tools and links

The site may include tools or links to third-party sites that we do not control. They are provided "as is", and their use is governed by those third parties' terms, for whose content or practices we are not responsible.

9. Comments and user content

If you send us comments, reviews, suggestions or other materials, you authorise us to use them, free of charge, to improve our products and services and to publish them on the site, always in accordance with data protection law. You guarantee that your content is not unlawful or offensive and does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove any content that breaches these Terms.

Obligations incurred before termination will remain in force. We may stop providing the service to anyone who breaches these Terms.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies published on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the site and purchases made on it.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this is without prejudice to the protection granted to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may go to the courts of your place of residence. If you act as a business or professional, the parties submit to the courts of Alcoy (Alicante, Spain). We are not part of any consumer arbitration system.

18. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing the new version on this page. Each purchase is governed by the version in force at the time the order is placed.
